Sequence Extraction Tool : Input Form

Background: The programm extracts a set of fixed-length DNA sequences located at the same relative position with respect to a functional site (eg. a transcription start site), which are specified in the input FPS file.
The output is in FASTA format.
Additional parameters, such as the description starting point and length, can be given in order to trasfer some specific fields from the input FP lines to the FASTA header lines.
